Before we arrive, we’ll send you a quick text letting you know we’re on our way. We try to give about 15–30 minutes notice so you have time to bring the dogs inside or do anything else you need to do before we enter the yard.
First we do a full sweep of the yard, picking up everything we see. Then we do a second pass to catch anything that might have been hiding in the grass, behind bushes, or along fences. That second pass is key to making sure we leave your yard as clean as possible.
When we finish, we’ll send you a text letting you know the job is complete. We’ll securely close your gate and dispose of the waste in your designated trash can.
No — as long as we can access your yard, we'll take care of everything while you're away.
Most standard residential yards take 30–45 minutes depending on yard size, number of dogs, and how long waste has been accumulating. Our $80 minimum covers most single-dog yards with normal buildup.
Well first of all, this is a great idea because you'll get 50% off your first month if you do this. :) Second, just let us know and we'll get you set up on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly plan. Many customers use a one-time cleanup as a reset before starting a recurring schedule.
Absolutely. Yard deodorizing treatment can be added to any plan starting at $10 per visit.
